Media

Media module.

Below each photo there are four default icons:
	Show large preview - opens the photo in a larger format Show in new window - opens the photo in a new window Download original - downloads the original of the photo Show details - shows the details of the photo in the right side of the screen. Details of the photo are also shown by clicking on the photo once it becomes active
In addition to the icons on the left side, there are two additional icons that can be shown depending on other active parameters.
	Attach to active Article - appears if there is an open article in the Articles module and enables adding the photo to the active article The line under the frame of the photo - shows the color of the source where the photo came from to the system, you define it in the administration (Admin / Admin Media / Media Source)
	Put to cart - appears if the Show media cart (Media / Preview Config) option is turned on at the left side. By clicking on the icon the photo is added to the active cart at the right side. The active cart is marked with orange line under the number
After the photo is marked and becomes active, additional options for editing will open.

	Edit media data - open the photo for editing the data (caption, keywords...)
	Crop, zoom, rotate - open the options for working with the photo (change crop, rotation...) Click here to open the new photo in a new window with different options (as follows): Move - move the cropping frame (crop) Crop - draw a new cropping frame (crop). If you want to proportionally decrease or increase the cropping frame, place the cursor at the corner of the frame Zoom in - increase the photo Zoom out - decrease the photo Rotate left - rotate the photo to the left Rotate left - rotate the photo to the right Back to Media - cancel all changes and return to the list of photos Rotate image - related to the Rotate left and Rotate right commands, after rotating photo with this options, click on the Rotate image button to create new rotated photo and save the original as it was Crop image - If you have changed the frame of the photo using the cropping frame (crop), click on the Crop image button to create new cropped photo and save the original as it was Formats (16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 2:3) - click these icons to change the cropping frame according to preset formats, cropping frame will proportionally decrease or increase regardless of the cursor position Preview of newly created photo is shown at the right side.
	Delete media - deleting photo from the system
	Show group content - opens additional window with the list of texts and photos with the same group title (object name title) Option Print All enables printing the list of photos and texts with the same group title.
	Show linked - preview of all articles and ads the photo is enclosed with. This is very useful information if you want to know when the photo was published and whether it can be used again ID - identification number of article or ad Author - author of the text Article Title - working title of the article Content - part of the text in the article Created Date - date of creating the article Last modified date - date of the last modification of the article Article Status - status of the article in the Articles module Article Press Status - status of the article on the page Media Press status - status of the photo on the page
	Send media - sending photo to the specific publication (enables exchange of the photos between different publications) or sending by e-mail
	Close active media - closing the active photo
	Attach to previewed article - this option enables adding the photo to the marked article (Preview Article) that is already linked on the page
Besides these icons, there are two additional icons that can be shown depending on other active parameters.
	Attach to Article: “Title of the text“ - shows when there is an open article in the Articles module and enables joining photo within the active article
	Put to media cart: “Name of the active cart (from 0 to 9)“ - shows if at the left side Show media cart (Media / Preview Config) option is turned on. By clicking on the icon the photo is joined to the active cart at the right side. The active cart is marked with orange line under the number
	Object Name (Title) - if the photos belong to a special event, create for all of them the group Object name to make search easier regardless on photo or section they belong to

Credit	agency (if from agency)
Size	4272x2848 px - size in pixels RGB ili CMYK - whether the photo is in RGB or CMYK 0x0 mm - dimensions of the photo 5.27 MB - size of the photo jpg - format of the file
File Name - /home/storyeditor/public _html/_PRESS/media/original/2016-07-23//IMG_7185.JPG -	the name and location on the server of the file
Uploaded by	name and last name of the user who saved the photo
Uploaded on	date of uploading
Source	the source where from the photo came into the system
Client Name	the name of the ad client
	Download original - download the original photo
	Archive media - archive the photo without deleting
	Force Delete - when the photo is published or linked to the article and can not be deleted in the standard way use forceful deleting (Delete Media)
	Re-create previews - resetting preview of the photos when transferring the database
	Download - downloading the photo according to the size settings within the administration (Admin / Admin Media / Media Download Sizes)
	EXIF Data - contains the basic information of the original photo (brand and the model of the camera, exposition...)
