PRESS - Use of the templates

StoryEditor

At almost every publication there are pages that do appear in every issue, but their appearance doesn’t change (editorial, contents, comments...). This kind of pages can be prepared as templates with already assigned position for texts. Template pages are created with InDesign and StoryLink, and assigned to pages with Press module in StoryEditor.

After you select the template group and the template, select whether you want the texts to be automatically created from the template or connected with articles, assign the user you want that text to be sent to, define the object name and select the page to which you want to assign that template. Below the menu, the smaller preview of the chosen template will be shown, and after you click Go! the template will be merged with the page (2) and belonging texts will automatically be created.
