ARTICLE - Send article to the web configuration

Configure sending articles to the web. The "Publish to web" option in the Articles module, where articles are sent as XML files along with images in compressed format (.zip).

Location in StoryEditor:
Administration / Admin Publication / Publiactions / - choose publication -

• Type none (download) / folder / ftp / push
  Choose send text to web option (manually download to local computer / local folder on server / ftp folder / send to web over script)
• WEB Folder
  the absolute path to the folder where we will send the article with the pictures. Only valid if the send method is selected via the folders.
• WEB FTP Host
  ftp address
• WEB FTP User
  username for connecting via ftp
• WEB FTP Pass
  the password for connecting to the ftp folder
• WEB FTP Folder
  select a folder on the ftp address defined above
• WEB Push Script
  address to script that will automatically unpack the .zip file and publish it on the web
  {X} Article XML-ZIP File
  {AID} Article ID
  {R} Referer Page
• WEB Live Preview Script
  address to script that will automatically unzip the .zip file and display the article on the web (send the article to the web)
• Get Push Script Response (Y N)
  option if you want to show the message that the script dumped after submitting the article to the web
• Change Media Filename to ID? (Y N)
  Whether or not we want the image name to be renamed to the article ID
