English (United Kingdom) E-00 Media - Media
At the top of the module there is a list of all the photos assigned to the active article in the Article list:
| Type | type of the document (jpeg, ai, psd..) |
| Caption | caption under the photo signed within the article |
| C (Credit) | shows whether the photo has or doesn’t have the author (plus sign marks that there is an author of the photo) |
| T | shows whether the photo has typed in the correct title (plus sign marks that there is an author of the photo) |
| Size | the size of the photo in pixels |
| S (status) | the status of the photo on the page (F, T ili L) |
There is a center part of the module with line of options.
| Place | placing the photo on the page |
| Link | linking the photo on the page |
| UnLink | unlinking the photo from the page |
| Place All | placing all of the article assigned photos on the page at once |
| Select From ID (Select From InDesign) |
use this to label the frame of the photo in the StoryLink (Media list) that is already labeled on InDesign page. This function is very useful for quick labeling the elements from the page in the list of articles, you can use this only when the photo is linked to the page (T or L) |
| Select In ID (Select In InDesign) |
use this to label the photo on the InDesing page that is already labeled in the StoryLink (Media list). This function is very useful for quick labeling of the photos from the StoryLink list in InDesign page, you can use this only when the article is linked to the page (T or L) |
| Show active | shows the photo that is active at the moment (selected) in Media module of StoryEditor. This can be used only when the user is signed in the StoryEditor and StoryLink |
| Place active | places the photo active in StoryEditor Media module to the open InDesign page; we need to have the selected frame on the page, tagged as Media |
| Place from Cart | places all of the photos from the cart to StoryEditor Media module on the InDesign page. In this case you don’t have to have selected frame on the page, photos are placed at the upper left corner of the document |
| Infobox Connected | marks whether the photo is connected to Infobox. By clicking the button, system will lead you to that Infobox / Access that Infobox by clicking the button |
In the end, you can see preview of all the basic information on the photo.
