F-04 Options - Libraries

Considering that all the elements in InDesign have to be correctly labeled, using the libraries with elements that are prepared in advance makes the work much easier and faster. Using the libraries when working in this system is somewhat more comprehensive than usual.

After you have used all the elements in InDesign to create the library, you need to copy that library to the server (...\press\composition\ROOT\MAGAZINE\libraries) and then to inscribe to database using the library menu where you type in the correct name of the .indl document - the image shows the library named Clanci.

Library Groups - the group of libraries (e.g. Magazine)

Library - library (e.g. articles)

Use StoryLink to open/close single library (Open) or all libraries from the group (Open All Group Libraries), which are opened in InDesign.
