At the top of the module there is a list of all the photos assigned to the active article in the Article list:
Type | type of the document (jpeg, ai, psd..) |
Caption | caption under the photo signed within the article |
C (Credit) | shows whether the photo has or doesn’t have the author (plus sign marks that there is an author of the photo) |
T | shows whether the photo has typed in the correct title (plus sign marks that there is au author of the photo) |
Size | the size of the photo in pixels |
S (status) | the status of the photo on the page (F, T ili L) |
There is a center part of the module with line of options.
Link | linking the photo on the page |
Select From ID (Select From InDesign) |
use this to label the frame of the photo in the StoryLink (Media list) that is already labeled on InDesign page. This function is very useful for quick labeling the elements from the page in the list of articles, you can use this only when the photo is linked to the page (T or L) |
Show active | shows the photo that is active at the moment (selected) in Media module of StoryEditor. This can be used only when the user is signed in the StoryEditor and StoryLink |
Link active | links the photo active in StoryEditor Media module to the open InDesign page; we need to have the selected frame on the page, tagged as Media |
Infobox Connected | marks whether the photo is connected to Infobox. By clicking the button, system will lead you to that Infobox / Access that Infobox by clicking the button |
In the end, you can see preview of all the basic information on the photo.
Comment | journalist’s comment to the photo (e.g. make it portrait) |
Filename | name of the photo and location where it is saved |
Image Size | size of the photo |
Credit | author of the photo |
Title | title of the photo |
Caption | caption under the photo |
