The table Composition Pages opens after selecting the project and the edition:

User | three starting characters of the user who has the page open in InDesign |
M | label showing if the photos on the page are sent to processing or are they already processed |
S | S - status of the page (whether the page is open, worked on, in PDF...) |
Under the table there are menus to work with pages, statuses, control of the page before making the PDF, and menus for work with links.
Open Document | opens the marked pages (wait a few moments for page to fully load before you start working) |
Check in All | lock all of the elements |
Check in All and Close | lock all of the elements and close |
Status | use arrows to change the status of the page after finishing the work (e.g. from WRK status to RDY) |
Preflight |
enables the quick control of the basic parameters of the page before making the PDF for press. This option controls: Missing font or glyph - if there is font or glyph missing on the page Overset text exists - if there is an article’s frame on the page that contains excess of articles Links need action - are there links that are missing or that have been changed Colorspace issue - whether all of the photos are in the CMYK model Effective resolution below - is the effective resolution below the limit that was established at creating the publication |
At the bottom there are menus for positions for the InCopy window and the menu for refreshing the links.
