Event List

In the list all of the events are sorted by:

 

ID identification number
Location location of the event
City city of the event
Category category of the event (cinema, theatre...)
Event the name of the event
Print whether the event will be published in the printed edition
Web whether the event will be published in the web edition
Image whether the event contains the photo
Non stop whether the event is published continuously
Groups preview of the groups that contain the event (colored label defined with Settings / Group)
Media if there is a photo of the event, and whether the photo is ok or not

 

Use this list to create a new event, or search for the existing event by name, date... A single event can be edited, deleted or downloaded in XML file to the local computer using this list.
By clicking ‘Create New’ the new window for creating new event opens.

Location location of the event previously defined through the Settings / Location
Category category previously defined through the Settings / Category
Format format of the preview on the page previously defined through Settings / Format (e.g. the theatre will be shown in a different way than the cinema)
Title name of the event (e.g. The Swan Lake)
Display field to type into the additional information on the event
Description 1, 2, 3 short description (e.g. short description of the event)

Links

link to the page of the event, online ticketsale, Facebook link, Twitter... This option is connected to the web portal where the event is published.
Link - type the web address of the link to this field
Link Type - selecting the type of the link previously defined through Settings / Link Type
Target - whether the link opens in new window or not
Status at the right side select the group previously created with Settings / Group to filter certain events by groups later on. At the left side mark where the event will be published (web or print or both), for how long (non stop) and whether the event has a photo (image). To turn the event off from next posting without deleting the event itself, turn on the option Disabled

Get from Cart No. inserting photo from the cart (Get from cart) ili direktno u sam događaj (Browse). When publishing on the web portal, under the photo there is an option for highlighting (checking mark Featured) that makes photo become leading (cover) photo for the event
Publishing Dates Management defining date of publishing the events on the web and the printed edition
Single date - defining only one post
Iteration - defining more posts through some amount of time (by days)
Remove from - deleting the post of the event for selected date
Delete all dates - deleting of all dates of the event
