Sending pages to pit stop folder for control.
In publications administration (Admin / Admin Publication / Press status) status of pages automatically given after being sent to proof is defined. If warning says wrong status, it means that page is not in status for sending to proof.
Sending is possible only when PDF files are created in StoryLink (Publish), in that case the PDF icon will show and when you click on it new PDF will open in new tab (for final page preview).

 

To Press

Use this menu to send pages to press. At every page you see its ID, whether the pages were merged (Multiple pages), section, page number and the name of PDF file. Publications administration (Admin / Admin Publication / Press status) defines the status of pages being automatically assigned after the page was sent to the press. If the warning says "wrong status", it means that page is not in status for sending to press.
Sending is possible only when PDF files are created through StoryLink (Publish), in that case the PDF icon will show and when you click on it new PDF will open in new tab (for final page preview). After sending, the system will record how many times the page has been sent (1), name of the user who sent it as well as time of sending.
