Composition

Positioning of the obituaries to the pages. Layout opens after selecting the date and the edition for that date.

At the right side there is a list of obituaries prepared for selected date (the clock icon) where you can choose from two ways of displaying obituaries in the list. ( - i +).
The minus sign shows the obituaries without preview of format on the page, the plus sign shows the format of the obituary and other information such as name, format, whether the obituary is OK or not.
The template icon previews the ads that are saved as templates and are not necessarily intended for publishing but are used to fill the possible empty space on the page.
You can also filter the obituaries by the keywords in the Search field, there is also numerical display of obituaries that have not been used (placed on the page).
Placing the obituary on the page is done simply by dragging from the list (drop the obituary when the page shades). Clicking on the page it will open with positioned obituary (default position that is defined when formating obituary) and will be divided to rows and columns. Position the obituary to the position you want by moving it again.
When the obituary is positioned on the page, it will open in the InDesign where obituaries are automatically ordered on the page.
