Status | status of the obituary (entered, proofread, ready for layout) |
Obituary | first, last name |
whether the obituary will be published in the printed edition | |

Export List to XML | actions for exporting the filtered list of obituaries to XML file used for inserting obituaries to InDesign page. |
Export All Obituaries to XML | exports all of the obituaries for the next publishing date (Single date filter) |
The new window for entry of obituaries opens by clicking ‘Create new’.

link that redirects/ refers the reader to another web address, Facebook link, Twitter... This option is connected to the web portal where the obituary is published Link - field to type in web address of the link Link Type - selecting the type of the link previously defined through Settings / Link Type Target - whether link opens in the new window or not Status - for easier search of the obituaries and easier creating the statistics on published obituaries use the statuses. On the left side you see the Print label (obituary marked for the printed edition), WEB (obituary marked for the web edition), NON STOP (obituary marked for continuous publishing), DISABLED (obituary will not be published until the option is turned off). At the right side there is a group of ads previously defined through Settings / Group Press Status - displays the status of the obituary on the page (press status, number of the page, title of the project) |

Media |
you can join the photo to the obituary in several ways: Get Active media - join the active photo from the Media module (Media / Active Media) Get from cart No. - join the photo from the selected cart Browse - directly join the photo to obituary Just Add Media - enables adding the frame for the photo although the photo hasn’t been joined yet. You can add the photo later, but still you can type in the title of the photo and signature under the photo There are two fields along the photo that can be displayed by the photo depending on the design of the obituary. |
