Section section to which the text belongs to (e.g. culture)

Author name of the author is automatically generated and is linked to users, type of display and all elements are defined within the admin panel (see Admin panel, creating publication)
Group select the group where you want to place the text. These groups are linked to web (WWW / Content / www group list), where you define the different groups used for managing web content (e.g. developing story where you display more articles in one)
Publishing date / time choice of date and time when you want article to be published on the portal
Event date/time used when publishing articles that relate to the certain events where you select time of its beginning (for example calendar of events)
Event date/time end used when publishing articles that relate to the certain events where you select time of its beginning (for example calendar of events) This option can also be used for marking the end of publishing (publish down)
Finished labels whether the text is finished
Finished for WEB labels whether the article is ready to be published on the WEB
TOC ( Table of content) use this for creating the table of contents for the publication
AUTHOR is it an author’s article
AD labels whether this is promotional article
WEB labels whether this is web article
Article class defines the class of the article - interview, news, coverage...
Personal defines whether an article is visible only to the author, is the article private (note- as soon article is assigned to page, section and editon it can no longer be private)
My Folder article is joined to personal folder so you can have the overview of all articles at the same place.

Send article to status defines status of the article (e.g. input while writing, when finished, journalist changes status to Editing which means the article is done and ready for editing, after editing the editor changes status to proof, proofreader to Layout...). Statuses are adapted to each editorial staff and are defined through Admin panel (see Admin panel / Articles /Articles status configuration)
Message enables writing remarks for easier communication (e.g. to graphic designer - highlight the xxx word in the headline)
Copy from Print copies article written for print (content for print)

You can define the web editor for writing texts intended for web for every user. Within such text editor there are several additional menus that enable you to work with the text.

 
(1) Maximize opens the editor in big window
(2) Source shows text in HTML code
(3) Print opens the menu for printing text
(4) Cut cuts the selected part of the text
(5) Copy copies the selected part of the text
(6) Paste pastes the copied text where the cursor is placed
(7) Paste as plain text

pastes text as plain text (clearthe codes that the text may contain and that could cause problems in Layout) - opens new window in which you can using simple commands Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V insert selected text

(8) Paste from Word same as in option 7, only here you use it when pasting texts from Word
(9) Undo returns one step back
(10) Redo moves one step ahead
(11) Find finds a certain word or phrase in text
(12) Replace replaces certain words or phrases in text
(13) To lowercase switches to lowercase
(14) To uppercase switches to UPPERCASE
(15) Spell as you type checks words during typing
(16) Insert special character
