| Within every article you can see additional menus and icons to help you work and preview of every article. |
| 1. Preview article |
opens the preview from the article in the same window and enables quick check of articles (not editing), and their elements (photos, infoboxes)

With that additional menus placed above preview of the article you can open article for editing (I), open it in new window (II), print it (III), copy (IV), reach previous versions of article (V), add contributors (VI), delete it (VII), and close preview (VIII). |

Send article - sents article to another publication (you can define publication, section, article, and press status and you can also mark the article as finished, finished for the web, TOC, author status, ad status or web status as well as copy article. Edit into Text/Teaser - allows you to add text for the web from a preview Edit flags - allows editing flags Edit WEB tags - allows adding and deleting tags Edit related articles - allows adding and deleting related articles Edit header - allows changing articles header Download - downloads texts XML in .zip Send to WEB - sends article to WEB Blue exclamation mark - shows when and who sent the last version to WEB Page - page for the print version Page status (FTP) - shows in which press status is the page Delete article by force - deleting article from a database, only with permissions ID - article ID Article title Flags - You can mark the article as Finished, Finished for WEB, TOC (Table of contents), Author, Ad, WEB or Special |
