Template pages

At almost every publication there are pages that do appear in every issue, but their appearance doesn’t change (editorial, contents, comments...) so these kind of pages can be prepared as templates with already assigned position for texts.
Template pages are created with InDesign and StoryLink, and are assigned to pages in layout with this menu.
After selecting the group and template, select whether or not you want for texts to automatically be created from template.
Options of selecting the user and entering group number (Object name) are linked to articles from template. If you choose to create articles, you will have defined chosen author and the same group name.
In the field Copy to Page NO. you choose the page you wish to assign on the template. Under the menu, the smaller preview of chosen template will be shown (clicking on that preview will open it in full size in new window), after you click Go! the template will be merged with the page (1) and belonging texts will automatically be created (2).
