| Use this menu to give the user permissions for publications, press statuses, sections, as well as media credit. | |
| Select publications (publication) | by selecting the publication you define which publications will be shown to the user in dropdown menu (Publication/Project) |
| Press (page statuses) | enables the user to use or modify statuses depending on given permissions |
| Select Section (sections) | gives permissions to read, write or delete articles to each user. Web column gives permission to user to review only those articles that were sent to the web |
| Select Media Credit (agencies) | assign the rights to access photos of a certain agencies |
