Virtual Projects
Virtual projects are designed for the purpose of Marketing departments, so that they can place ads on pages but without creating active projects in the future. Later, existing virtual projects are used to create active projects.
1. It is necessary to define the basic projects from which Virtual Projects will be created. Location in StoryEditor (1.):
Press module ->Projects Management -> Manage Projects -> List Archived Projects
2. In the Daily Defaults column, select projects for each day of the week. In this column, each box is defined for one day of the week and goes in the order of Monday to Sunday. So, for example, for the creation of a Virtual Project on Monday, a template for the project will be used for Monday.
3. In the Ads module (3.) we open the Unallocated Ads (4.) menu, which lists all ads without a project definition and the page where it will be published.
Click the Connect AD with Page (5.) icon to open the Composition menu where we place ads on the page.
4. Each ad has a defined release date, and if there is no created project for that date, the option for creating a virtual project appears. (Sixth)
5. After creating a Virtual Project, we set ads to pages. View more in chapter D-00 Composition
6. When creating an active project for a particular date, a message is displayed for Activating a virtual project, which also creates ads placed on a virtual project.
